We work with a number of independent courier companies to deliver across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Each courier sets its own rates based on the weight, size and destination of your order, which is why delivery costs differ by product type below, and why we're not able to adjust or discount them on a per-order basis — the price shown is what the courier charges us to get it to you.
Picking up a bulky order like doors, decking or flooring yourself, but don't have a big enough vehicle? GoCar has vans available from €15/hour if you need one for the day.

Delivery details
- Delivery typically takes 3–15 working days, depending on the product and your location.
- Stairs parts typically take 7–14 working days.
- Deliveries are made to the kerbside of your property — our couriers are not able to carry items inside or upstairs.
- If a delivery is missed and needs to be rebooked, a redelivery fee may apply.
