Delivery & Collections

We offer nationwide delivery throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 3–15 working days to arrive.

Local pickup is usually available from our stores and can vary in time depending on the size of the product and stock availability.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be considered as placed on the following Monday before 2pm. Please note that delivery of large, bulky goods may take 4–15 working days. This is a guideline only and not a guarantee — we are unable to take responsibility for delays that are outside our control.

Kerbside Delivery

We offer kerbside delivery only. Your order will be delivered to the kerbside regardless of weather conditions (e.g. rain, snow), unless severe weather prevents delivery altogether. We are not responsible for any injuries incurred while carrying products from the kerbside into your home, or for goods stolen after handover between the customer and the delivery driver.

Delivery of paving and other bulky goods is offered kerbside delivery only, and not to your driveway. Kerbside delivery means items are delivered to the nearest safe kerbside point at the address specified. Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure, to protect the safety of the driver, the customer, and the general public.

Large or bulky items typically weigh over 30kg; however, some items may be classed as large or bulky even under 30kg due to their dimensions.

Restricted Access (Laneways & Narrow Roads)

Some rural addresses, laneways, or narrow roads are not accessible to a rigid lorry. If our driver determines that the route to your property is unsuitable for the delivery vehicle — due to width, surface condition, or any other safety concern — delivery will be held and we will contact you directly to agree on next steps. This may include leaving the goods at the top of the lane or nearest safe accessible point (as close to your property as the lorry can safely get), arranging an alternative access point, or rescheduling delivery. Our drivers are unable to hand-carry palletised or bulky goods down laneways or private roads on foot. If you know in advance that your property has restricted access, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on the best delivery option and avoid delays on the day.

What time of day will I receive my delivery?

Orders are delivered between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Redelivery Fees

We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. If you're not home or can't be reached by phone when we attempt delivery, we'll need to charge a redelivery fee to cover the cost of sending your order out again.

To avoid this fee, please double-check your contact information and delivery address before placing your order. If you need any special equipment or service to receive your order, please let us know in advance.

For your convenience, we can deliver your order to your work address — please enter your work address (and company name, if applicable) at checkout if you'd prefer delivery there.

Collection From Our Stores

If you live locally or would prefer to collect in person, simply place your order and we will contact you once your goods are available. We can hold your order for up to 14 days from that notification, giving you time to collect during our opening hours. Please wait for our confirmation call or email before travelling, to avoid a wasted journey.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Changing an order: Any change to an unfulfilled order must be requested by email. Please send your order number and the details you'd like changed to sales@bpmsupplies.ie.

Cancelling an order: If you'd like to cancel your order entirely rather than change it, you can do so directly through your account under Order History, or by emailing us at sales@bpmsupplies.ie. See our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation rights and timeframes.

Non-Returnable Items

Stairs Parts (including spindles, newel posts, handrails, and base rails) are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, except in cases of faulty or defective goods.

Beyond this, any individual item that has been cut, machined, or finished to a non-standard specification at the customer's request — for example, a door trimmed to a non-standard size, or a custom-mixed composite colour batch — is also non-returnable, regardless of product category. This will be clearly flagged on the relevant product page prior to purchase.

In-store purchases: Goods purchased in person at our Clondalkin or Portlaoise showrooms are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, exchange, or refund. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or defective goods, which remain fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act regardless of where the item was purchased.

For full return eligibility, timeframes, and process, please see our Refund Policy.

Damaged Goods

We recommend inspecting all goods on receipt and, if possible, refusing delivery if there is any noticeable damage. Please report any damaged, lost, or missing goods in writing (email is fine) as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt, including photos of the damage to support your claim.
