Delivery of composite decking, cladding and skirting

We ship composite decking, cladding and skirting with an independent courier. Due to the length of these products, they need to be unloaded from the lorry by hand. Therefore, we ask that you have two people available to unload your order when it is delivered. Delivery is strictly to your kerbside for insurance reasons.

The courier company will contact you prior to delivery to outline a rough time slot. 

Here are some tips for unloading composite decking, cladding and skirting:

• Choose a clear and level area to unload the products.
• Wear sturdy footwear and gloves.
• Use a hand cart or dolly to move the products, if possible.
• Be careful not to bend or damage the products.
