Delivery of composite decking, cladding and skirting

Just a quick reminder regarding your upcoming delivery of composite decking, cladding, or skirting.

Because we use an independent courier, they are unable to assist with unloading your order. Due to the length of these products, they must be unloaded by hand. Therefore, please ensure you have two people available to help unload the items.

For insurance purposes, delivery is strictly to the kerbside.

The courier company will contact you prior to delivery to outline a rough time slot. 

Here are some tips for unloading composite decking, cladding and skirting:

  • Choose a clear and level area to unload the products.
  • Wear sturdy footwear and gloves.
  • Use a hand cart or dolly to move the products, if possible.
  • Be careful not to bend or damage the products.
  • If you are unsure about how to unload the products safely, please contact the courier company for assistance.
