Order Processing: We aim to ship all in stock orders within 48 hours. During exceptionally busy periods, this may vary slightly.
Delivery Area: We offer full nationwide delivery across Ireland and Northern Ireland some product exception's apply.
Estimated Arrival: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days depending on the courier.

You can choose to collect your order from one of our three locations:

Portlaoise Warehouse: Usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
Dublin & Limerick Stores: Ready for collection within 2–7 working days (depending on product availability).
Manufactures Warehouse: Usually ready for collection within 24 hours.

For products exceeding 2.4m in length, specialized delivery terms apply:

Pallet Space Rates: These items are delivered via independent couriers and charged per pallet space. For example, Composite Decking typically requires 4 pallet spaces.
Hand-Unloading Required: Due to their length, these products cannot be offloaded by a tail lift. They must be unloaded by hand.
Assistance Needed: You must have two people available on-site to assist the driver with unloading your order.
Kerbside Delivery: For insurance and safety reasons, delivery is strictly kerbside only.
